General Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online shop, select the item you like, choose the size/colour where applicable, and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm your order. After this you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you’ll enjoy faster checkout, access to order history and loyalty benefits.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email and can also be seen when you log in to your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be amended or cancelled only before they have left the warehouse. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number to request changes.

What are the delivery options and times?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to choose a delivery method at checkout.

How can I track my order?

After despatch you’ll get an email with your tracking details. If you have an account, you can also check the status via your order history.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your personal and payment information remains safe.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. If you require an invoice, please select the appropriate option and fill in your company details during checkout.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

If you need a different size, you’ll need to return the item first - exchanges aren’t processed directly. Once returned, you can place a new order for the correct size.

How do I return something?

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be unused, with tags and original packaging where possible. Detailed return instructions are provided on our website or included with your order.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at purchase, usually within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

I received the wrong or a faulty product - what now?

Please contact customer support immediately with your order number, a brief description and photos if it’s defective. We’ll arrange a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund.

How do I lodge a formal complaint?

Send an email including your order number, product name, photos of the issue and a brief description of the problem. You will then be guided through the process.

Gift Cards & Loyalty Programmes

Can I get a digital gift card?

Yes - just contact customer services and we can arrange this for you.

What happens to my gift card if I return a purchase paid using it?

You become a member of the loyalty programme by creating an account. You’ll earn points with qualifying purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

How long do loyalty points last?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned and will expire if not used within that time.

Where can I find sizing information?

Size chart is available on every product page, as well as in the Size Guide section, which you can find here.

What are your products made from?

Our SCOPES fabrics are blends of polyester, viscose and spandex to balance stretch and performance. Depending on the model, the percentage of each material may vary.

How should I care for my garment?

or best results, turn the garment inside out before cleaning. Wash at 30°C using a mild, hygienic detergent. Avoid tumble drying. Press on low heat, not exceeding 100°C.
