Returning an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been submitted, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags and packaging attached

  • Returned with your order details

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept items that show signs of wear.

All returns must be registered through our online returns portal, available on our Returns page.

Free returns within the UK

We offer free UK returns for eligible items.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions so you can send your parcel back without any fuss.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund promptly.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method

  • We refund the amount paid for the item(s), including any discounts applied

  • Original delivery charges are not refundable

  • Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

We may refuse a refund if items are returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, colour or style, simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund. This helps ensure you receive your replacement quickly and avoids delays.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Purchases made elsewhere

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.bescopes.uk.
If you purchased from another retailer or marketplace, please refer to their returns policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
